With inspiration from Bourbon Street, Michael's Jambalaya is the epitome of Creole home cooking. Chock full of Andouille sausage, shrimp, chicken & ham, this peppery, saucy dish is served on a bed of rice.
Our family recipe of generously hand seasoned jumbo shrimp, grilled to perfection & served with a splash of fresh lime.
Half pound of seasoned, peel-on shrimp.
Pacific cod, or succulent shrimp, hand dipped in our light & crispy beer batter featuring North Coast Scrimshaw. Served with your choice of house made tartar or cocktail sauce.

At Schmidt's House of Jambalaya, we are committed to environmental sustainability. Our mission to create great food begins with where and how our ingredients and products are sourced.
We use eco-friendly packaging, including fully compostable plant-based serving ware. We source our food locally whenever possible, and our larger food vendors are third party certified for responsible sourcing. That means that the agricultural practices are Rainforest Alliance Certified, Fair Trade Certified, Non-Gmo, and Organic whenever possible. Our seafood and animal protein vendor states "We work with suppliers to guide them on a path toward meeting our certifier-verified Serve Good™ sustainability standards, promoting social responsibility, food safety, animal welfare and traceability in sourcing", and ensures that our animal proteins are all natural, vegetarian fed, and raised without antibiotics or hormones.
We use environmentally responsible cleaning products and practices, including Green-Kleen products, energy reduction equipment, waste minimization, and renewable packaging.
